International Order Notes:
We are happy to ship our products outside the USA, but due to a myriad of different rules, regulations, customs fees, etc, the following guidelines have been established:

1: Orders must be prepaid by wire transfer only. We do not accept credit cards for international orders. No exceptions.

2: All shipping arrangements MUST be handled by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees, customs, duties, etc.

3: All shipments are FOB Origin at Athens, ME, USA. Quantum Harvest, LLC is not responsible for any losses or damage incurred in shipment.

4: Warranty. Given the potentially high cost of shipping replacement parts, we will gladly replace any defective part, but the customer must pay the shipping costs.

To summarize; customer selects which products(s) they wish to purchase, and we will email an invoice. Customer then transfers funds via wire transfer to cover invoice. When product is ready to ship, we will notify the customer with package weight and dimensions. Customer then arranges the pickup in Athens, Maine, and shipment to their address via the shipping method of their choice. If you have any questions, please email us at
